Class
Ensuring the integrity of our classes is our top priority. All information provided must be accurate and truthful when accepting these terms and conditions. Any false statement immediately voids the booking, and the session will not proceed. Participation in our coaching sessions is voluntary and is contingent upon the participant’s self-assessment of their fitness, health, and ability to engage, along with a clear understanding of the class requirements, activities, and anticipated outcomes. Participants acknowledge the potential for physical strain and associated risks of personal injury. By enrolling in our coaching sessions, participants expressly agree that ACT3 BALLET is not liable for any personal injuries. Participants are personally responsible for ensuring their own physical and mental well-being before, during, and after classes.
Refunds
Coaching sessions are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation with the required notice, a credit towards another lesson will be given. This credit can be utilised for rescheduling another coaching session.Cancellations
Kindly note that a non-refundable fee of 20% is applicable to all cancellations. Should you wish to reschedule, please utilise the provided links in the confirmation email. Confirmation for rescheduled lessons must be received within 24 hours. Any cancellation requires at least 1 full business day (24 hours) notice. It's important to emphasise that under no circumstances will credit be provided for cancelled coaching sessions without the full 24 hours’ notice.Availability Changes
ACT3 BALLET holds the authority to cancel a coaching session at our discretion. Should cancellation occur, clients will be promptly notified via email, and every endeavour will be undertaken to either reschedule the lesson or arrange an alternative coach. If rescheduling or rebooking proves unattainable, any fees for the session will be credited.Gift Certificates
Purchase of a Gift Certificate does not guarantee the availability of a specific coach or booking. Our Gift Certificates are non-refundable.PRIVACY POLICY
