Wear exactly what you would wear for your ballet or contemporary class. If you are wanting coaching in ballet – A leotard, tights, ballet flats or pointes. Hair to be neat, tidy and off your face. If you are wanting coaching in contemporary please wear appropriate clothing so we can clearly see your movement.

Yes, you will require a computer or device that has a working camera and microphone. This is so we as your coaches can see and hear you clearly!

Yes you will need to be connected to the internet to acess the video coaching session link.

No, we do not record your sessions for privacy reasons.

It should be done in a safe space. Like your dance studio, nothing to be on the floors that may be a hazard. You can use a chair as a barre and a room that is safe for the style of class you wish to do.

No, as our dancers are all over the world, we are ONLINE only.
